A sustainable approach to collaboration
Research and advocacy partnerships can require significant Birth Trauma Australia time, expertise, review, relationship management, lived-experience input and senior leadership involvement.
Funding and resourcing should therefore be discussed at the outset. This may be supported through a research budget, grant, commissioned work, consultancy arrangement, sponsorship or another funded pathway.
Where no funding is available, Birth Trauma Australia may consider participation where there is exceptional strategic alignment, strong sector value, meaningful impact potential and a sustainable time commitment.
